The seller's business address is provided in the purchase terms shown before payment and included in your purchase record.

These terms describe website and course use. The offer description and purchase terms presented at checkout apply to your purchase. They must be consistent with these pages; nothing here reduces a right provided by your purchase contract or applicable law.

What the course includes

The AP Calculus AB offer provides recorded lessons, step-by-step explanations and focused review for self-paced study. It does not include live sessions, individual tutoring, instructor Q&A or examination registration. Review the course description and prerequisite knowledge before purchasing. No exam score or admission outcome is guaranteed.

Payment and access period

The planned AP Calculus AB offer is US$149, paid once in United States dollars. Applicable taxes and the total payable must be shown before payment. Online access begins after successful payment and lasts 365 days from purchase through your course account.

This is a one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal or automatic renewal charge. After expiry, continued access requires a separate purchase under the offer available at that time; a future price is not guaranteed. The course is streamed online, not sold as permanent downloaded video files.

An internet connection and a device and browser capable of streaming video are required. Contact us if an issue on our side prevents delivery; the Refund Policy explains available remedies.

Accounts and students

Access is licensed to one student for personal study. Use the student's own name and email for their individual account. A parent may assist with payment; login messages, purchase confirmation and the system receipt go to the student's checkout email. A separate parent copy is not automatic. Contact us before purchase if the purchaser or contract recipient needs to be different from the student.

Keep sign-in credentials private. Do not share an account, resell access or use it to provide access to another person. Contact us about suspected unauthorized access; do not email your password.

Learners must be at least 13 years old. We do not currently accept enrollment for learners under 13. If you are a minor, review purchase terms with a parent or guardian and obtain any permission required by applicable law. A parent's payment does not by itself give access to a student's learning records.

Reviewing and keeping your purchase terms

Before payment, review the full purchase terms, course description, access period and total payable, and correct any errors before accepting. Purchase information must be available in a form you can retain and print. A copy of a BC distance-sales contract must be supplied within 15 days after the purchase; required details include the purchaser's name, contract date and applicable disclosures. A course-login email or a link to a policy that can change is not, by itself, confirmation that the complete contract copy has been supplied.

A separate purchase record is provided by email to the confirmed contract recipient. It includes the order details, access dates and the purchase and refund terms applying to that purchase. Keep that copy and contact us if it is missing or contains an error.

Course materials and permitted use

You may view course materials during your access period and make your own personal study notes. Do not record, reproduce, distribute, upload, publicly display or sell the course videos or original teaching materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with the platform.

Our permission covers only materials we own or are entitled to license. Third-party examination questions and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Public availability does not make those materials our property. AP® is a College Board trademark; College Board is not affiliated with and does not endorse this website.

Support and service problems

Support covers course information, account access, technical issues and billing. It does not include answers to lesson or homework questions. For help, provide your account email, order reference if available and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Maintenance or technical problems can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service. A material failure to provide paid access remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Misuse and access restrictions

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unauthorized sharing, unlawful conduct or security risks. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to respond or correct it. Restrictions must be proportionate and do not remove non-excludable consumer rights. These terms do not impose an automatic penalty or waive statutory refund rights.

Refunds, rights and changes

There are no change-of-mind refunds, subject to the billing-error, delivery-failure and statutory exceptions in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law prevails in the event of a conflict.

The purchase terms shown when you buy apply to that purchase. Later changes will not retroactively reduce purchased access or rights. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, prevent lawful consumer reviews or class proceedings, or restrict a consumer to an exclusive court or jurisdiction.
