The purchase this policy covers

This policy covers the new AP Calculus AB 365-day recorded-course offer from ERUDITE MATH AND SCIENCE EDUCATION LIMITED, operating as Erudite Tutoring in British Columbia, Canada. It must match the terms presented at checkout. It does not retroactively replace terms of an earlier purchase.

Business phone: +1 778-863-7299. Email: [email protected].

The seller's business address is provided in the purchase terms shown before payment and included in your purchase record.

The offer is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Live teaching, individual tutoring and instructor Q&A are not included.

No change-of-mind refunds

Except for the exceptions below and rights required by applicable law, purchases are final. We do not provide refunds because you change your mind, have less time to study, decide not to take the exam, prefer another teaching style or do not use some or all of the course. Unused access time is not prorated for those reasons.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

We will correct verified duplicate charges or billing errors and refund any amount charged in error. Contact [email protected] with enough information to locate the order. Do not send full payment-card details.

Access and delivery failures

If a problem on our side prevents access, or we materially fail to provide the course as described, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it. If we cannot remedy the problem within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund: a full refund if no usable course access was provided, or a refund for the undelivered portion where appropriate. Any greater or earlier remedy required by law takes priority.

You do not need to complete our troubleshooting process where the law allows an earlier cancellation or remedy. A device or connectivity question can still be raised with support; this policy does not decide every issue in advance.

How to contact us

Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, your order reference if available and a description of the issue. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate and investigate your purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

This contact method does not restrict any legally valid way to exercise cancellation or other rights. No additional request deadline in this policy replaces a deadline or right established by law.

How refunds are returned

Refunds are returned to the original payment method without a refund-processing fee charged by us. A full refund ends access supplied by the refunded purchase. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary; any deadline required by law takes priority.

For a valid cancellation of this online service under BC distance-sales law, the required refund is due within 15 days after notice of cancellation, without deductions. Different or additional mandatory remedies may apply under other applicable laws.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to non-delivery, misrepresentation, required disclosures or cancellation. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails. Accepting purchase terms does not waive those rights.

The version presented at purchase applies to that purchase. Later revisions will not retroactively reduce your rights.
